The openers Tamim Iqbal and Das are in good form and both are attacking batsmen too. This will boost the batting order. One down Shakib, is not in his usual form in batting. Mushfiqur Rahim is the only consistent batsman and wicket keeper in the squad and can contribute to batting much. Mahmudullah is another consistent batsman and can be very lethal in batting order. But the only thing is he need to made bat at number 4, to make sure the team posts good total.
Mustafizur Rahman can bowl slower off cutters that could be deadly and can take wickets of lower order. Shakib can be economical in his spin bowling and also an useful all rounder. Mortaza bowls slower balls and can lead as a captain. Also he has more experience and had played 3 World Cups.
Players to watch out for
Tamim Iqbal – The opening left hand batsman has more experience and also very explosive attacker. He will be more dangerous and can dismantle any bowling order
Mushfiqur Rahim – The Wicket Keeper batsman had been the best support for the team. He can be well supportive in the middle order and very useful in rotating the strike and if he stands till 40th over, then the team can post huge total and put pressure on the bowlers
Shakib Al Hasan – The all rounder is more supportive and gives very good balance to the team. He bats at number 3 and gives his experience to the batting order. And also he bowls very economical spell and can be more dangerous player if he is in rhythm.
X – Factor
Soumya Sarkar – The left handed opening batsman is very much aggressive and can give a good start. He can be well utilized in the first Power Play overs and if he continues to bat then the team is unstoppable.
This team has huge capacity to win matches, but for going to Semi Finals is something that they need to toil hard enough. They may end up at number 6 or 7 and will not progress to next stage
